The process of Clinical Kinesiology

In clinical Kinesiology the term “denial” refers to something which we don’t want to realise or bring forward, this can be feelings, thoughts and events which we have put to the back of our mind or have forced ourselves to forget about.

Kinesiology will uncover three basic layers of denial which are, allowing the person to be consciously aware of the truth, to speak the truth and to open their minds to hearing the truth.

It is thought if we can come to terms with events from our past that we can free our minds and this in turn can alleviate or dissolve problems causing ill health.

Clinical Kinesiology also takes into account the following conditions

* Forgiveness – by helping people to forgive others we can them ultimately forgive ourselves.

* Compassionate understanding – help people to realise that we do the best we can given certain circumstances.

* Release trauma – helps people to realise that by releasing pent up emotions, anger or regret we are removing trauma form within our body.

* Acceptance – helps us to realise that by forgiving others through compassionate understanding we are accepting people or ourselves as how they are.

* Moving on – helps people to realise that by forgetting and letting go of the past we can now move on with our future.

* Integration – this is usually a 72 hour period which is often called the “flux” period and during this time our body adjusts to our new way of thinking.
